孔勇博士现就职于德国公司Target Systemelektronik（http://www.target-sg.com），主要从事新型放射性核素探测、识别及剂量检测设备的研究与开发，是公司负责数据分析和算法模型方面的高级研究人员。
孔勇博士1988至1999就读于兰州大学物理系，研究生师从李发伸教授，1999年获凝聚态物理博士学位。期间于1997至1999年接受德国DAAD奖学金资助在波鸿鲁尔大学（Ruhr-Universität Bochum）进行了为期两年的博士论文工作。博士毕业后在德国马普固体所（Max-Planck Institute for Solid State Research）从事了两年（1999至2001）的高温超导材料与机理的博士后研究。其后于2001至2007年在马普金属材料所（Max-Planck Institute for Metals Research）作为在编研究人员主要从事生物纳米系统的计算机模拟研究。
2007年孔勇博士进入德国工业界就职于FLIR Radiation，从事放射性核素探测识别设备的研究与开发，并于2014年加入Target Systemelektronik至今。

主题：Wireless Sensor Networks and Real-time Systems
内容安排：
1. Introduction: “Wireless Sensor Networks in the context of smart factory”. The idea is to present a time-line for industrial revolutions about the contributions of Automatic systems, the some projects reported in literature and finally some research topics in wireless sensor networks.
2. Applications: present results achieved in the development of some research projects of WSN.
3. Topics related to real-time implementation: present important topics to take into a count for developing real-time WSN.
4. Tools for simulating WSN applications: Matlab – TrueTime, maybe also CPN tools.

何强，博士，澳大利亚斯威本科技大学(Swinburne University of Technology)讲师，博导。
何强博士于2009及2010年分别在澳大利亚斯威本科技大学和华中科技大学获得计算机双博士学位。2011年至2014年在斯威本科技大学电子信息及软件工程学院从事博士后研究工作。2014年至今在斯威本科技大学任教。主要研究领域包括软件工程、服务计算、云计算和大数据。在IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering（TSE）、IEEE Transactions on Services Computing（TSC）、WWW、ICDE、ICSOC，ICWS等国际顶级期刊和会议上发表论文40余篇。作为斯威本科技大学青年教师学术骨干带头人，何强博士目前指导5名博士生进行软件工程，云计算及大数据方面的科研工作。出版学术专著1部，主持和参与了7项纵向研究课题，其中包括澳大利亚政府资助的研究课题如大数据分析可视化语言设计与研究，云环境中的服务系统质量管理，云计算环境中的大数据管理，面向服务系统架构及分布式服务工作流技术等。

王建州教授简介：

东北财经大学教授、博导，统计科学研究所所长，现从事能源经济、经济统计、风电场投资风险分析、数据挖掘及人工智能等领域研究。

近五年发表SSCI及SCI检索论文68篇，绝大部分论文发表在国际顶级学术期刊：其中SCI一区检索论文29篇、SCI二区检索论文23篇，影响因子大于5.764的学术论文13篇、影响因子大于3.28的学术论文46篇，近五年H指数20，引用次数1005次。其中一篇学术论文《A case study on a hybrid wind speed forecasting method using BP neural network》 被全球最大的科技出版社Elsevier评为2013年度最热点的25篇文章之一，其中该论文在数学领域排名第三、在工程技术领域排名第二十一及在计算机领域排名第二十二（证书见附件）。九篇学术论文被美国ISI Web of science 基本科学指标ESI列为领域学科的高引用论文(Highly Cited Papers)和研究前沿（其中：四篇学术论文进入Top l%，五篇学术论文进入Top 3%），上述研究成果受到国内外同行的广泛关注与引用。加拿大皇家科学院院士David J. Thomson、国际顶级期刊Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews 副主编Aoife M Foley 等国际著名学者对王教授的研究工作做了充分的肯定，并在科学研究，项目研发及人才培养方面进行了有效的合作。

近年来对数据分析与挖掘方法及预测理论与方法进行了大量、深入的研究、并在中国大型风电场风能资源评估、风险投资分析、经济效益的研究、异常数据检测与挖掘研究、组合预测模型、混合预测模型、预测模型参数优化、电力系统负荷动态建模与预测的研究中取得了较大的实质性进展，并且担任Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews（SCI一区）、Omega-International Journal of Management Science（SCI一区，并且为SSCI检索期刊）、Energy Policy（SCI一区，并且为SSCI检索期刊）、Energy（SCI一区）、Applied Mathematical Modeling（SCI一区）、Applied Energy (SCI 一区)等国际顶级学术期刊的审稿人，近五年为国际一流学术期刊评审120余篇学术论文。

Overview:

 

The Sixth NaSCoIT was held on 8th August 2009, fifth on 18th August 2007, fourth 20th May 2006, third on 21st May 2005, second on 15th May 2004 and first on 26th April 2003.

 

Considering the growing interest towards IT education in the country, an attempt was made by Nepal College of Information Technology (NCIT), for the first time in Nepal, to provide a common platform to IT students for sharing their views and ideas by organizing a national level IT Conference. Prof. Suresh Raj Sharma, Hon. Vice Chancellor of Kathmandu University (KU) inaugurated the fourth NaSCoIT. Rt. Hon. Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Mr. Kirtinidhi Bista inaugurated the third edition of NaSCoIT while the Hon. Vice Chancellor of Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) Prof. Dayanand Bajracharya inaugurated the second and Hon. Vice Chairman of National Planning Commission Dr. Shankar Sharma inaugurated the first NaSCoIT. In these conferences, papers were submitted from home country as well as from abroad including institutions like NCIT, NEC, Kathmandu University, Pulchowk Campus, Technical University of Vienna, Jadavpur University and Sikkim Manipal University.

 

Every effort is being made to include students studying various IT related subjects in universities/colleges in Nepal as well from abroad.
